Support Groups and Classes

Tuesday-Thursday 10AM-4PM

No one should have to navigate recovery alone. That’s why ASCEND offers 15 FREE peer-led support groups and wellness classes each week for adults seeking encouragement, connection, education, and hope. Facilitated by Certified Peer Recovery Supporters, our groups provide a safe, welcoming, and judgment-free environment.

Anyone can easily join in a way that fits them best. We offer our Support Groups and Classes in person, online via Zoom, and over the phone.
