Since I started at ASCEND, my primary focus has been to create a welcoming, home-like environment where individuals can prioritize their mental and physical well-being. We accomplish this through well-trained staff, evidence-based peer-run groups and classes, and a commitment to ensuring positive recovery outcomes. My open-door policy encourages staff and volunteers to share concerns and ideas freely.
I am proud that we prioritize the needs of every guest, providing healthy food, resources, safety, and a comprehensive aftercare plan to ensure they feel supported. At ASCEND, we strive to foster a sense of family and teamwork.
